Terms Of Rent

• Start/end of stay: (preferably) from saturday to saturday
• Hours: Apartments must be leaved before 10,00 a.m, and they  could be occupied beetwen 17,00. and 20,00 p.m .
• Arrivals after 20.00 p.m must be announced by phone.

ADDITIONAL CHARGE TO BE PAID AT YOUR ARRIVAL:

• Caution deposit: Euro 100.00 cash (repayable at the end of the stay);

•  Utilities : Euro  40.00 per week;

TO PAY UPON USAGE:

• Bike rental. Euro 36.00 per week. Deposit: €  50.00
• Heating: upon usage ( Euro  7.00 per cubic metre).  
• Wash Machine:8.00 Euro
