The Hotel Residence Mendolita is situated in a quiet area in the very middle of Lipari. Its favourable position allows our guests to move easily on foot. The building is only 100 metrs from the centre and 300 metres from the seaside (the beach of Portinente). It is made up of row houses built in the characteristic Aeolian style. The flats have all the comforts (TV, telephone, bathroom, air conditioning, kitchenette, heating, frigobar) and are well furnished. The flats have also a little garden and a covered patio for 2 to 6 people. The accommodation can also be in flats detached from the central building but with the same comforts, except the patio. It has bar, parking, laundry, tv room, reading room.
