Terms and conditions for leasing of holiday homes
Please carefully read the conditions and the information below, before booking

1 Contract
The contract is with the owner of the holiday house, bed and breakfast or hotel. You can book only through the reservation form on the website, paying 20% of the total amount that is to be considered a deposit. Receiving your request and payment the owner will check availability and give you confirmation with a travel document certifying the reservation.
Within the travel document, are the personal details of the owner, the accommodation booked and the directions to get there. In case of lack of availability the owner, where it will be possible, within 48 hours will propose an alternative time period. If it were not accepted by you or it is not possible replacement dates will be task of the owner refund you the amount paid, through reversal of Paypal.
NOTE: The booking request will be accepted only by paying 20% by credit card through Paypal. The reservee accepts that the request is not a reservation. Booking with us you agree to our terms and conditions.

2 Prices
The owner has the right to change the advertised prices, services or other details contained in the web pages at any time before the stay is confirmed.

3 Payment

4 Cancellation policies

5 Changes
Any changes to dates will be agreed directly with the owner who reserves the right not to accept.

6 Changes and cancellations by the owner

9 Heating, bed linen, cleaning
